Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes, and it is a good thing. Every new client starts with a consultation so Stacey can take a medical history, assess your skin and talk through options honestly. Prescription-only treatments always require a face to face consultation with our independent nurse prescriber before any treatment is planned.

How do I book?

Book online through our secure booking portal, where you can see live availability. A small £5 deposit secures new patient consultations. If you would rather talk first, call or text 07951 688070.

Where do I park?

Right on the drive. Refine is a private home clinic at 108 Coventry Road, so there is no car park to hunt for and no ticket machine.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Klarna buy now, pay later is available, along with monthly payment plans and skin memberships that spread the cost of a year of treatments.

Is Refine suitable for men?

Absolutely. Stacey treats men and women, and results for male clients, from jawline definition to hair mesotherapy, are on our reviews page.
